Requesting a collection

To request a collection, it is easy and simple. All you need to do is to follow the outline simple steps:

Decide on what you want to do and when you want to have it done
Make a list of all the redundant items you may wish to dispose or recycle. Inform us about the total items you require collected. You may phone us for help or over the phone evaluation.
Call or email our London or Bedfordshire office to book a collection.
We will confirm a date (usually within 72 hours) , and issue you with a reference number.
Once confirmed our despatch team will visit your site to collect your redundant equipment. When this is satisfactorily completed, you will be asked to sign a dispatch and job completion certificate.
The rest is left to us to complete as described in our services as necessary.
